ఒక చిన్న అడుగు

నిన్నటి రోజు మన సుధీర్గ ప్రయాణంలో ఒక చిన్న అడుగు పడింది. అది చిన్న అడుగే ఐనప్పటికీ బలమైన అడుగుగా భావించవచ్చు.  

I and Ramakanth Sharma yesterday met our lawyer in Bangalore and handed over all our vakalath and  Bio-data forms to him and there by completing the formalities from our side. He is very much appreciated our efforts and assured, he will also act as fast as we did the things.  With in a week or so he may file the case in HYD  CAT. 

It is the right time to appreciate sincere work of  our fellow members like Mr Murali Krishna Reddy the driving force, Mr R V Vijay Kumar for compiling the bio-data's and seniority no of our members, Mr Ananth the chief Accounts Officer of this case,Mr Sudhakar, Mr Ashok and Mr Nagavi.

WELCOME  

Dear friends I am very happy to start this blog on the half of our LDCE2004 AP association. We can get updates from this blog about our cases and other related cases regularly.

History

Friends as all of you know that we tried to get justice in HYD CAT and due to technical reasons our sincear  effort was failed.

Now as per our members opinion  it is decided to file the case in CAT with senior Bangalore lawyer Mr Kulkarni. We appreciate all our members cooperation in this regard as all the members immediately contributed the amount and now we are ready to file the case.

In this connection this monday ie on 10/12/2012 I, P.Srinivasa Reddy, Mr M Murali Krishna Reddy, Mr Ramakanth Sharma, Mr R V Vijay Kumar   went to Bangalore to meet our lawyer and discussed the doubts and other things along with Mr NAGAVI. The following are the some of points discussed in that meat.

1. Regarding the time delay issue he assured that this is not a problem in view of BG judgement and he is going to fight in the way where this point doesn't araise.

2. He assured that he himself is going to come to HYD for all hearings.

3.There is no problem for the freshers who is not yet members in any case and they will also be treated as other members.

4. He wanted to file the case before the end of this December.

Hence Friends, to avoid delay this sunday again we are going to meat Mr Kulkarni for completing the formalities like submitting the required data and affidavits.
