నిన్నటి రోజు మన సుధీర్గ ప్రయాణంలో ఒక చిన్న అడుగు పడింది. అది చిన్న అడుగే ఐనప్పటికీ బలమైన అడుగుగా భావించవచ్చు.
I and Ramakanth Sharma yesterday met our lawyer in Bangalore and handed over all our vakalath and Bio-data forms to him and there by completing the formalities from our side. He is very much appreciated our efforts and assured, he will also act as fast as we did the things. With in a week or so he may file the case in HYD CAT.
It is the right time to appreciate sincere work of our fellow members like Mr Murali Krishna Reddy the driving force, Mr R V Vijay Kumar for compiling the bio-data's and seniority no of our members, Mr Ananth the chief Accounts Officer of this case,Mr Sudhakar, Mr Ashok and Mr Nagavi.

First of all let me thank one and all who contributed for LDCE-2004 Court case.this time .
ReplyDeleteThough it is a small step it is correct step. Selecting MR KULAKARNI AS LAWYER is definately a good step as he has proven himslf
in karnataka LDCE cases. let us use this blogspot for all LDCE-AP updates as it is very difficult
answer all 70 members phone calls.
Previously our attempts through lawyer pv krishnaiah(As referred by SREENIVAS RAO SDE(LC),still
who has belef and confidence in pv krishnaiah lawyer) were not fruitful.we (Mr ASHOK,CHNDRASEKHAR,ANANTH,hyd-FRIENDS AND i)
used to meet him regularly. Unfortunately his resonses were very poor. Same we used to
communicate through meetings at telephone bhavan,hyd. But we were not able to send bulk sms due to ban on bulk SMS and bulk sms sites. Pursing with above said lawyer for the last onr year has become a duty to me.I really got frustrated with above lawyer
Now we are using individual phones to send SMSs as we can not send sms through bulk sms sites
because of TCCP strict GUIDE lines. Pl understand this .
Let me tell one thing to you frankly, we will not get any thing with out fight as
management is not intersted in solving our issues. this Mr murali krisna reddy and ramakanth
sreenivaslu reddy and vijay kumar took lot of initiation . last but not least MR rama kanth
has taken lot of painS for sending SMS from his personal mobile.ALL this needs lot of commitment.
To do all these things apart from office ,home works we need lot of patience and time. pl understand this and request you all use this blog and cooperate with us pl.we will try to update case info through this blog.
