Dear Friends

To day our case came in front of court-2 for reply from respondents. Our lawyer also attended the court. Immediately after start of court BSNL lawyer requested for more time to file the reply at least by 30 to 45 days. For this our lawyer strongly objected saying that this is well proven case no need to give more time to file reply, and they just enough to give reply why they are not gving the increments. He also pointed out that the same court is issued order in other case in favour of applicants. Judge agreed with argument, but on the request of BSNL lawyer he want to give final chance to file reply. Our lawyer readily aggreed for this final chance and then Judge posted case to 25 of this month without giving much time to BSNL.  

In the mean while this month 18th hearing is in Supreme court on this same SLP filed by BSNL in Jabalpur Case and also in seniority case. Our lawyer is only going to argur the case. Expecting positive result from those cases.....
